An estate cleanout is one of the most emotionally significant days in a family's year. Pinky's treats it that way — every time.
Before any item is touched, your crew lead walks the property with you and documents in writing what is designated for removal, what is to remain, and any item of potential value that requires your specific authorization before loading.
Every crew member assigned to estate work has completed our estate cleanout certification — including training in how to move through a home that holds a lifetime of memories, how to communicate with family members during the job, and how to handle items with the respect they deserve.
Nothing of potential value is loaded without your explicit authorization. Every item removed is documented. You receive a written summary of what left the property and how it was handled.
Before we leave, your crew lead walks the property with you again to confirm the scope of removal is accurate and the property is in the condition you expected.
48 to 72 hours after the job, you receive a call from Dwayne personally — not an automated survey, not a review request. A genuine check-in to confirm you are satisfied and that nothing came up after we left.
During your estimate visit we document every item in three categories: removal and disposal, items to remain, and items you wish to donate. You choose the receiving organization — we maintain a list of suggested partners if you need one. Your written estimate covers the complete scope including donation delivery. One price. No surprises. Your family's belongings go exactly where you want them to go.
Items designated for disposal are loaded, transported, and properly disposed of at licensed facilities. These are documented before loading and confirmed during the post-job walkthrough.
Items designated to remain on the property are identified and confirmed during the pre-job walkthrough. Nothing in this category is touched. Nothing is loaded without your explicit authorization.
Items you wish to donate are handled on a separate, scheduled delivery trip to the organization of your choice. You tell us where you want your family's belongings to go — a charity, a specific thrift organization, or a cause that matters to you. We have suggested partners available if you need a recommendation. You receive the donation receipt directly from the receiving organization.
All three categories are documented in your written estimate before any work begins. The scope you define during the estimate visit is the scope we deliver. One price. One promise.
Estate cleanout pricing starts at $1,800 and is priced by scope following the estimate visit. Your written estimate is delivered before any crew is dispatched. The price does not change after the job begins.
